এসটিএফএল মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ব্যবহারকারীরা যেকোনো সময় তাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে অপসারণের আবেদন করতে পারেন।

Method 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Recommended)

You can initiate instant deletion directly within the STFL VI Android application:

  1. Open the STFL VI Android app.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Security & Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete Account & Personal Data.
  4. Confirm your credentials to finalize immediate credential revocation.

Method 2: Institutional Request by Email

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, email our Data Protection Officer directly:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Phone / User ID]
Please send the request from the email address registered with your account or specify your verified phone number.
Data Retention & Statutory Invariants

Upon account deletion:
1. Deleted immediately: Login credentials, session tokens, device biometric identifiers, push notification tokens, and transient cache.
2. Retained under legal obligation: Executed legal agreements, cryptographically sealed rent receipts, and immutable audit ledger rows are preserved per Bangladesh statutory accounting, tax, and trust property laws. These records do not appear in public searches once expired or revoked.
